exchange policy
EXCHANGE: SIMPLE STEP BY STEP
1 - Contact us by email (calafattecontato@hotmail.com). Make sure you are within the deadline (7 calendar days after receipt). We will not accept any exchange requests after this period.
2 - enter your order number + the full name used on the website.
3 - inform the reason for the exchange (feedback is always welcome).
4 - You will receive a return label, to be taken to the post office within a maximum of 7 calendar days. This deadline must be met as it is a unique label.
5 - your item will be analyzed (within 5 working days) for the issuance of the purchase voucher. We will only accept products in perfect and intact condition, with the tag sealed (label hanging from the item), without signs of use or damage.
- You can make a new purchase on the website using the voucher issued at any time during the 30 calendar days. If the period expires, it will not be possible to generate a new voucher.
- the purchase voucher will refer to the exact amount paid for the item returned for analysis, without including shipping costs.
- if the balance of the purchase voucher is not fully used within 30 days, the remaining amount will expire when the term expires.
PRODUCT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE ORDER
Did you receive a product different from what you ordered?
- If you notice this at the time of delivery, refuse to accept the delivery and make a note on the back of the invoice or proof of delivery explaining the problem. After doing so, contact the customer service center.
- but if you only notice after you receive the package, please contact us immediately (within 30 calendar days!).
- in the event that you receive a product that is different from the one ordered, we are responsible for the return shipping and reshipment of the item(s).
- in the case of a product with a manufacturing defect, the same procedure is followed.
RETURN
- according to article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code; the deadline for returning the product purchased online is up to 7 calendar days, starting from the day your order was delivered, we will not accept any refund request after this period . Open the request with us only through the channel: calafattecontato@hotmail.com.
- the product will only be returned if it is in the same condition as when it left our warehouse: the product in its original packaging with all the elements received (hanging tag, packaging, label, gift), without signs of misuse, intact.
- A justification for returning the product is not necessary, but we would like to know the reason so we can improve your experience!
- to make a return, the product must be returned to stock, where it will be analyzed by the responsible team, who will carry out a screening within 5 working days.
- the product will be analyzed and, if it does not comply with the rules mentioned above, it will be returned with notice.
- the deadline for refunding the order amount in case of return is 15 working days after the analysis result.
