Our estimated time for packaging and shipping your product is 1-3 business days (does not include shipping time). If this happens later, please contact us immediately.

ATTENTION:
In our exchange policy, the deadline is up to 7 DAYS , counted from the receipt of the order. Within this period, we ask that you send an email to calafattecontato@hotmail.com , informing your order number and the piece you wish to exchange.
We accept exchanges only for unused items , with the tag sealed (label that hangs on the product) and with the original packaging . (We ask that you send the box with all the items that accompanied the items you wish to exchange or return, e.g.: cotton bag, gift, etc.)
As soon as our shipping company dispatches your order to the carrier, you will receive the tracking code via email to track the entire transportation of your order. If there is any problem, contact us immediately.
